The Japanese quarter, the Rhine promenade, and superb museums made my visit well worth it. The hotel had modernly designed rooms in the usual Mercure quality.

I just loved waking up with a freezing cold room. A real treat, especially coming from warmer weather.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this lovely hotel. The decoration of the hotel was simply elegant, with a touch of modernity that made it feel welcoming and comfortable. It had a charming ambiance that I particularly appreciated as a senior woman. The general areas were well-kept and easily accessible, which was convenient for me. Additionally, the hotel's location was great, with plenty of shops and restaurants close by. It was perfect for senior people like me who wanted to explore the city without having to travel long distances.

The only thing I would have asked for to make my vacation even better for senior people is the assistance of more experienced staff. Some of the children working there seemed inexperienced and struggled with their English.

Nice little hotel with clean rooms and good service. Really nice breakfast with a lot of variety. All in all I had a good time staying there.

The hotel’s location was perfect for my New Year’s celebration in the city. It was only a short walk away from the main square where the fireworks display was held. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always willing to chat and answer any questions. I also appreciated the clean and cozy room, and the fact that breakfast was included in the price.

While the room was clean, it was on the smaller side and lacked some basic amenities. I found myself struggling to find space for my luggage and belongings.

We have stayed at this hotel also earlier and we have always been very satisfied with the hotel. The staff is very kind. Especially we want to thank the lady in breakfast room! An extremely charming person. And breakfast was again very good! Also the location is excellent, so near the center. We walked many times to the center.

Our stay was simply mind-blowing! The location was super convenient, close to everything we needed. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The wi-fi worked perfectly, and having a designated space for office work was a game-changer. The breakfast spread was jaw-dropping, with a wide variety of delicious options. We were pleasantly surprised by the well-equipped room and its flat-screen TV. The lift made it easy to access our room, and the electric kettle was a nice touch. The business centre was a bonus for getting work done. The 24-hour reception and security provided a peace of mind. We appreciated the option of in-room breakfast and the fact that pets were allowed. a fantastic stay with no smoking on site. Highly recommended!

Jaw-dropping service!

I had a great stay at this hotel! the room was clean and calm, providing a comfortable bed for a good night's sleep. Secondly, the location was very convenient, as it was very close to the airport, making it handy for those traveling with a big suitcase. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of options to start the day off right.

Everything was satisfactory, nothing to complain about.

The room was clean and a reasonable size - looks like all the plumbing had been re-furbed fairly recently - at least it all worked ok. A few good bars in the locale

No air conditioning - room was echo-y - bed was home-made and not very comfortable - curtains too thin so let the light in from 5.00am. WiFi a bit flaky. A bit too far out of town. Way too expensive (prices increased significantly during a a big exhibition).

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. I was impressed with the value for money. The prices were reasonable and affordable, especially considering the great location just next to the bus stop and its proximity to both the city center and the airport. Secondly, the staff were extremely friendly and provided excellent service. They were always available to help and offered valuable information about getting around the city. Lastly, the rooms were well-equipped with basic amenities and spacious enough to comfortably accommodate a big suitcase. Additionally, the breakfast selection was impressive, with a variety of options including fresh fruits and pastries.

No negative aspects to mention, everything was just fine.

The hotel gave us a transport pass which meant we could use the buses and trams for free. This was a great help, although the Taxi's in Dusseldorf were not expensive. It was a clean, nice hotel, with friendly and helpful staff. Would stay there again.
